We find the member, pensioner or beneficiary your fund has lost, wherever they live now, from official sources. Member data stays with the fund.
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, October 23, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — PensionHunter today sets out what it does for pension funds, master trusts, trustees and administrators in any country. The main service is simple to state: we find people. The deferred member who moved abroad twenty years ago, the pensioner whose payments stopped when a letter came back, the beneficiary of a member who died overseas. Wherever they live now, we find the current contact route, from official sources, in the country and the language where they are.
“Every fund in the world has members it cannot reach because they now live somewhere else,” said Frank Marco, founder of PensionHunter. “National tracing tools stop at the border. We built the infrastructure to work from the other side: the member’s own country, its official records, its language. The fund keeps its data. We bring the person.”
The main service: finding people, worldwide
The scheme supplies the anchor data it already holds: name, date of birth, last known address, employer, dates. We trace the person’s current contact route through official sources in the country where they now live, and letters go out under the scheme’s own branding and approved wording. It works for any jurisdiction, with no country list: wherever the member went, we go. We act as the scheme’s processor under a written UK GDPR data processing agreement and support the DPIA. Terms are agreed in writing before any work starts. Members are never charged.
Three more services
1. The Global Pension Finding Register, free. People who worked abroad register the countries and years they worked in. Funds search the register free; terms for confirmed matches are agreed with each fund. Member lists never leave the fund’s systems: only hashed codes are exchanged, the member is emailed only when there is a match, and nothing is shared without the member’s yes. The register already covers 41 countries and grows as funds join.
2. PensionHunter Investigator, now taking design partners. A platform for schemes that want to know what actually happened to each gone-away member, not only where they are. Schemes upload member lists, cases are grouped into cohorts, and a human investigator reviews every case before anything is released. Design partners agree a data processing agreement, a retention period and written security answers before any member data moves,.
3. Publish What You Hold, free. An open letter and a one-page format that asks every scheme to publish three numbers a year: members it cannot reach, benefits of deceased members not yet paid, and the combined value. Nothing publishes until the scheme has confirmed it.
How we work
Identification only, from official sources, with the free official route named first. We never hold or move member money, never charge a member, and never contact a member except in the scheme’s own approved wording. PensionHunter is a trading name of Battersea Park Capital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 13326151, ICO registration ZC113586). It is a research and identification service, not a regulated adviser.
