Dayan will lead Ascent’s global operations organization as the company continues to expand its capabilities and help customers navigate increasingly complex, global time-critical supply chains.

He brings more than 26 years of logistics and supply chain experience spanning all elements of the logistics and transportation sector, in multiple geographies and markets. Most recently, Dayan served as Chief Operating Officer of Horizon Air Freight and Swift Marine, a global marine and project logistics services business. Previously, he was Head of Global Inbound Transportation at Apple, where he led procurement and operations for the company’s global inbound network. Earlier, Dayan spent 23 years at UPS in a variety of senior operations, finance and sales leadership roles, including as Senior Vice President of Global Transportation Procurement.
