Hiring for long-term manufacturing roles starting at $23 per hour

RACINE, Wis., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Modine (NYSE: MOD), a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, today announced ongoing hiring efforts in southeastern Wisconsin to fill up to 300 positions to support its rapidly growing data center cooling business. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at 3303 W. Oakwood Road, Franklin, WI, will host a walk-in hiring fair on Thursday, September 24, to fill these positions across both first and second shifts.

The hiring expansion comes amid growing demand for energy-efficient cooling solutions that support the rapidly expanding U.S. data center market.

In September 2025, Modine opened a new 153,000-square-foot plant in Franklin, dedicated to manufacturing Airedale™ data center cooling systems. The additional workforce will help ramp up production to meet increasing demand for cooling solutions that optimize data center performance and sustainability.

The Franklin expansion is part of a broader investment announced by Modine in July 2025 to increase U.S. manufacturing capacity for Airedale data center cooling products across facilities in Franklin, WI; Grand Prairie, TX; Grenada, MS; and Jefferson City, MO.

Franklin Facility Hiring Fair Open on September 24

Modine will host a hiring fair Thursday, Sept. 24, from 4–7 p.m. at its Franklin facility, 3303 W. Oakwood Road. The company will have HR professionals and leaders onsite to discuss open positions and conduct on-the-spot interviews. Candidates are encouraged to register in advance using this form: Airedale – Walk-In Interview Event – Form, and walk-ins are welcome.

Modine has first and second shift openings, with production assembler positions starting at $23 and an additional $1-per-hour premium for second shift. New employees are eligible to receive health insurance and other benefits beginning on their first day.

Modine will continue to hire in the coming months until open roles are filled and will also be promoting the openings through a billboard advertising campaign throughout the Milwaukee area.
