ICTPBX is engineered to solve a specific service-provider problem: the gap between reselling a SaaS PBX (where the platform owner takes the margin and the brand) and self-building on raw FreeSWITCH (where the engineering cost of multi-tenant isolation, billing, and provisioning eats years of effort). ICTPBX delivers the multi-tenant control plane already built, with the source code open and inspectable, and pricing that does not scale per seat.
The technology stack:
- ICTCore — REST API and orchestration layer. The same control plane behind the rest of the ICT Vision product family.
- FreeSWITCH — media engine for SIP signaling, RTP, codecs, conferencing, and T.38 fax. Carrier-grade telephony foundation.

What ships in the first release:
- Multi-tenant architecture with isolated extension number spaces, queues, IVRs, DIDs, voicemail, and call recordings per tenant
- Voice over SIP with internal extensions, external trunks, and standard codecs (G.711, G.722, Opus)
- Fax over T.38 / FoIP, properly negotiated rather than passed as G.711 audio
- IVR menus, time conditions, ring groups, call queues, conferences, follow-me, music-on-hold, call block lists
- Per-tenant call recording with searchable metadata; full CDRs and usage reports
- White-label branding (logo, brand color, sub-domain or custom domain, email templates per tenant)
- Carrier-agnostic SIP gateway configuration
ICTPBX is suited for telecom operators launching value-added services, MSPs upselling hosted voice to existing IT customers, systems integrators deploying voice for vertical markets (real estate, legal, healthcare), and any service provider that needs control over the data plane for compliance reasons (HIPAA, GDPR, country-specific data residency).
