Continued support sustains the national roundtable series Michael Brennan helped establish in 2011

MADISON, Wis., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Brennan Investment Group has renewed its sponsorship of the Graaskamp on the Road (GOTR) Roundtable Series for an additional three years, extending its longstanding support of the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

The renewal continues a commitment that began with a three-year, $150,000 gift from Michael Brennan, co-founder, chairman and managing principal of Brennan Investment Group, which funded the series and an annual $10,000 graduate scholarship. Brennan brings a deep familiarity with the program, having served as the Center’s Irgens Executive Director for 15 years. He remains actively involved as a member of the Center’s board and as a co-host of the GOTR series.

Brennan and the Graaskamp Center team established the series in 2011 in the spirit of the Wisconsin Idea, the principle that the university’s education and expertise should benefit people’s lives well beyond the classroom. Since its founding, GOTR has visited more than 20 destinations across the United States, convening alumni and industry leaders to share knowledge and examine the innovations shaping real estate.

The series travels to five cities each year. Each event features a presentation by a senior executive from the host city, who provides an insider’s perspective on the local market, including major development projects, the business climate, and the opportunities and challenges particular to the region. Attendance is intentionally limited to encourage meaningful connections and candid discussion.
