Jamloop, a performance CTV platform built to connect streaming TV advertising to measurable business growth, today announced the promotions of Joel DuBien to Chief Technology Officer, Daniel Gulick to Vice President of Product and Daniel Patton to Senior Vice President of Business Operations.
The promotions follow a year of continued growth and platform expansion for Jamloop, including the introduction of self-serve and co-managed solutions, expanded measurement and incrementality capabilities, and new offerings across streaming TV and digital advertising.
As advertisers invest more in CTV, expectations are changing. Reach and impressions are no longer enough. Marketers want greater visibility into where their advertising runs, more control over how campaigns perform and clearer evidence of what those investments deliver, from store visits and appointments to sales and revenue.
“We’ve doubled our business over the past two years, and the opportunity ahead is significant,” said Leif Welch, Founder and CEO of Jamloop. “More agencies and brands are turning to CTV to drive measurable business growth, including advertisers that historically couldn’t justify the cost or complexity of television. Proving the value of CTV requires more than reach and impressions. It takes technology that delivers measurable results, products that solve real business problems and an organization built to deliver at scale. Joel, Daniel and Daniel have helped us build that foundation, and I’m excited to have them lead Jamloop’s next phase of growth.”
Advancing Proprietary Technology, Product and Measurement
DuBien joined Jamloop in 2024 as Vice President of Engineering and has since grown the engineering and product organization from three people to 27, significantly expanding the company’s ability to develop and deliver new platform capabilities. He has also been instrumental in strengthening Jamloop’s IT infrastructure and advancing SOC 2 initiatives, helping establish the technical foundation for continued growth.
As Chief Technology Officer, DuBien will oversee engineering, product and IT, advancing Jamloop’s proprietary technology, AI capabilities and platform infrastructure to support continued innovation and growth.
“Advertisers need more than another way to buy streaming TV,” said DuBien. “They need the ability to understand what is working, make informed decisions and connect their investments to incremental growth. Building and controlling our own technology gives us the flexibility to solve those problems and continue improving the experience for our customers.”
Gulick has been promoted to Vice President of Product after serving as Head of Product since 2024. His expertise in measurement and attribution has helped shape Jamloop’s attribution and incrementality capabilities, giving advertisers greater visibility into campaign performance and business impact.
Gulick also led the creation of Jamloop’s self-serve platform, expanding how customers can access and manage the company’s technology. In his new role, Gulick will lead product strategy, roadmap, design and execution, including opportunities to leverage AI to simplify campaign management, improve optimization and make performance insights more actionable for advertisers.
Scaling Operations Through Technology, AI and Customer Experience
Patton joined Jamloop a year ago as Vice President of Business Operations and has played an important role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation as the business has grown. His work has included scaling teams, introducing new functions, improving processes and implementing AI into business workflows.
As SVP of Business Operations, Patton will oversee revenue operations, client services, sales operations & enablement and people operations, with a focus on using technology and AI to improve efficiency, accelerate execution and scale client support functions.
A key priority will be expanding the practical application of AI across the business, moving beyond isolated tools and into multi-player AI use cases that reduce manual work, improve speed and consistency, and allow teams to spend more time on customers and higher-value decisions.
Together, the three promotions reflect Jamloop’s continued investment in the technology, product capabilities and operational infrastructure needed to make streaming TV a more transparent, accountable and effective growth channel for advertisers.
